A delicious and healthy recipe that doesn't call for any rice. KETO Friendly.

Ingredients (serves 5)

  • 1 Grated Cauliflour
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 6 Eggs
  • 300g Bacon
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Large Carrots


  1. Saute' the grated cauliflower and add in pre-steamed peas and corn and cut carrots..
  2. Mix the eggs in a bowel, add a touch of salt, then make an omelette. Once cooked, cut the omelette into strips and add to the vegetables.
  3. Cut bacon into strips, cook in pan and add to the vegetables.
  4. At soy sauce to all ingredients and continue mixing on the stove till everything is thoroughly mixed.


You can mix and match any vegetables you choose to make this a flavorful meal.
