Not a traditional fudge recipe but still yummy all the same.

Ingredients (makes 20 Squares)

  • 375g Milk Chocolate
  • 280g Sweetened condensed milk (3/4 of a 375g can)
  • 50g Butter- unsalted
  • 150g Menz FruChocs

Method

  1. Toss milk chocolate, butter and condensed milk in a bowl and melt either in the microwave or in a glass bowl on top of a saucepan with simmering water.
  2. Crush up FruChocs in a bag with rolling pin or mortar and pestle. Add FruChocs to melted mixture and stir in.
  3. Pour mixture on to a slice tray lined with glad wrap and chill for a few hours. Once set, cut into squares, serve and gobble up.

  • Wow, this looks so delicious. Unfortunately my Fruchocs never sit around long enough to be used in cooking.

  • I should add that these Menz FruChocs are sold in South Australia but they have been selling them around Australia lately under a different name, apricot chocolate balls or something similar
