These milky ice blocks are a great treat on a hot day.
Ingredients (makes 8 )
- 1 Packet of instant vanilla pudding
- Milk
- Berries, fresh or frozen
Method
- Make pudding with milk, as directed on the package.
- Pour a small amount into icy pole holders or paper cups. Add some berries of your choice. Fill with remaining pudding mixture. If using paper cups, insert paddle pop sticks now.
- Freeze until done. Tear off the paper cup when serving.
Notes
Sometimes I add a touch more milk than what's on the pudding packet. How many serves you get will depend upon the size of your ice-blocks.
