Ingredients (serves 8)
- 175gm butter
- 2 cups SR flour
- 3/4 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Method
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add in eggs and whisk together. Add milk and flour and combine well with a spatula.
- Pour batter in a prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes under 180C.
