Make 10 Rudolph Biscuits in 10 minutes! (No baking!)

Ingredients (serves 10 | makes 10 Rudolph Biscuits)

  • 10 Store bought plain round biscuits (Marie, Granita etc)
  • 10 Jaffas
  • 20 White Choc bits
  • 10 Pretzels (chopped in half)
  • 1 Black icing pen
  • 1 cup Chocolate icing (1 cup icing mixture, 1 Tablespoon cocoa, water to combine)

Method

  1. Ice one biscuit with a thin layer of chocolate icing. (Make one at a time as the icing sets hard!)
  2. Place two halved pretzels up the top (antlers!)
  3. Place one Jaffa near the bottom of the biscuit. (See picture as a guide)
  4. Place two White choc bits above the Jaffa and use the icing pen to make a black spot on each one. (Eyes)
