Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 5 ripe peaches
  • 1 tbls butter
  • 2 tbls almond meal or plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • whipped cream to serve

Method

  1. Cut peaches into about 8 slices per peach
  2. Melt butter in a frypan and add the peach slices cooking about 4 minutes or until just starting to soften.
  3. Add almond flour and vanilla and stir to coat.
  4. Cook an extra 2 minutes and serve in a bowl with cream.

  • This peach cobbler looks delicious. I would like to try this recipe as it only uses a few simple ingredients and it can turn peaches which I love into a warm dessert with almost no effort. I love the addition of the cream. A great homemade dessert I am sure the whole family will enjoy.
