Ingredients (serves 4)
- 5 ripe peaches
- 1 tbls butter
- 2 tbls almond meal or plain flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- whipped cream to serve
Method
- Cut peaches into about 8 slices per peach
- Melt butter in a frypan and add the peach slices cooking about 4 minutes or until just starting to soften.
- Add almond flour and vanilla and stir to coat.
- Cook an extra 2 minutes and serve in a bowl with cream.
