Great little snack for adults or your kids! Tastes like cookie dough, but loaded with protein and good ingredients.
Ingredients (makes 25 Protein Balls)
- 1 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Method
- In blender blend oats and coconut to a more fine but still coarse texture .
- Add all ingredients into bowl. Mix until all ingredients are all incorporated and evenly distributed. If the mixture is too dry, add more peanut butter and/or honey.
- Roll into a ball the size of your preference. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Place in freezer for two hours. Remove and place into an air tight container.
- Store in fridge for 1-2 weeks. Freezer for 3 months.
