I love the sound of this nutritious and colourful salad. It’s always good to try something new, especially if this tastes as good as it looks. Looking forward to Summer so I can try this – if I can find pomegranates that is.

  Love it too, love it as a topping over pavlova also, tastes amazing.

Pomegranites are sweet, we have one in our backyard and this salad sounds delicious, so will probably make an appearance on the dinner table.

We had a pomegranate tree at our last house, I never knew what to do with them.

Great as the tree is now producing, have always wanted to know if you could freeze them and now know I can.
