  • So simple but sounds so tasty. I will be making this recipe for myself. Thanks for sharing.

  • My kids love eating San Choy Bow! I mix chicken mince with pork mince and it goes down a treat. My teens and kiddies love it! Easy, quick to whip up and healthy too.

  • Not one for me but it looks flavoursome.

  • I use vermicelli rice noodles to stretch the meal out and make it more filling. I make my own flavouring by using the oils and sauces in my pantry. I love my Cobram flavoured oils. Chilli and coriander oil and ginger and lemongrass oil. I throw it all into a bowl mix it up to taste then add to my frying pan, it takes a little longer but I enjoy it.

  • Just can’t get my head around the lettuce shell thing – it just seems odd to me.

  • This looks delicious and one I will love to make. Now I have some recipes, I’m happy to use pork mince more.

  • I will have to try this soon

  • Will definitely try this – always looking for quick dinners that are healthy and tasty
