As bub gets older you can just fork mash ingredients and add pasta if needed
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 whole potato diced
- 100g Fresh fish fillet (white)
- 1cup Baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup Frozen peas
Method
- Boil potato until soft, throw in peas just before potato is finished, rinse and strain.
- Wrap fish and spinach in foil and bake in oven for 5-10 minutes or until cooked thoroughly..make sure there are no bones in the fillet!!
- Combine all ingredients in a small food processor until desired consistency is reached, serve warm or freeze into cubes!
Notes
You can run ingredients through a sieve instead of a blender too!
