This Quick and Easy NESCAFÉ Tiramisu is super easy to make, looks beautiful and tastes so delicious!

Coffee lovers this one is for you. There’s layers of mascarpone cream, strawberries, chocolate pieces and sponge fingers dipped in frothy and creamy NESCAFÉ cappuccino.

Ingredients (serves 8)

  • X2 250ml thickened cream
  • X2 250g mascarpone
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar (you can add more to make it sweeter)
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 4 NESCAFE Cappuccino Sachets
  • 300g aprox sponge fingers (cut in half)
  • 1/2 Block dark chocolate (grated or use a peeler)
  • 2 punnets strawberries (sliced)

Method

  1. Place thickened cream, mascarpone and icing sugar in a bowl. Using a stand or hand mixer on a high speed mix all these ingredients together until it has a thick consistency.
  2. In a seperate bowl add 4 NESCAFE Cappuccino Sachets and 3 cups of hot water. With a whisk mix well and let it cool down.
  3. Layer mascarpone cream mixture (with a piping bag or spoon), strawberries, chocolate pieces and sponge fingers dipped in NESCAFE Cappuccino. Refrigerate and enjoy.

  • I don’t eat much Tiramisu personally but my family enjoy it, so I should give this a crack in the lead up to Christmas.

  • I found that you can actually omit the mascarpone cheese and it will taste as good! Learned this when I couldn’t find any and proceeded making one.
