A filling & nutritious salad.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup Spinach leaves
- 1 Tomato quartered
- 1/2 cup Pitted olives
- 100 grams Danish feta
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 small Lebanese cucumber sliced
- 1/2 Red onion sliced
Method
- Place all ingredients in a bowl & toss, crumble Danish feta over top & serve.
Notes
Make sure you use Danish feta as it crumbles perfectly. I find no need for dressing with this salad due to the feta.
