Simple to make and lower on carbs, theise peanut butter cookies are sweet and fun to make. With a few easy steps and easy clean up there great for a quick after school snack, or a light but filling dessert especially when you don't have much time for anything else.
Ingredients (makes 12 cookies)
- 1 cup peanutbutter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Method
- Preheat oven to 375. ( 350 for softer cookies)
- Mix together egg and sugar until thoroughly combined. Then add smooth peanut butter until event mixed (Crunchy works as well)
- Use a spoon to make golf ball size portions spread out evenly across a cookie sheet, then use a fork or spatula to flatten. (No need to grease cookie sheet). Cook 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden. Let cool and serve. (For softer cookies lightly brown)
Notes
For a larger batch just and equal amounts of ingredients. (One part to one part to one part ingredients)
