A Quick easy fried rice with a smokey flavor.
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 500g Rice, cooked & cooled
- 1 Brown onion,diced
- 1 Carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup Red capsicum, diced
- 1 cup Bacon, diced
- 1 cup Frozen pea's & corn
- 2 Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 1cup smoked chicken
Method
- Cook, drain and cool rice & set a side.
- Fry onion, garlic & bacon once onion translucent add lightly beaten eggs, add grated carrot, frozen peas & corn, capsicum mix well add smoked chicken, cooked rice and soy sauce mix until well combined and rice heated through + salt & pepper to taste and it is ready to eat!!
Notes
Can substitute smaked chicken for normal chicken, prawns,pork!
