Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500g Premium Mince
- 1 med Brown Onion
- 3 gloves Garlic
- 250gm Tomato Paste
- 2 tbl Plain Flour
- 2 tbl Raw Sugar
- 2 cubes Chicken Stock
- 11/2 Cups Water
- 500g Muchrooms
- 1 teaspn Italian Herbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Saute Onion and Garlic until Onion Cooked.
- Add Mince - Cook to brown
- Add Chicken Stock cubes Sugar - Stir and fry till sugar has disolved
- Add Plain flour and coat all ingredience, Add Tomato Paste and Combine
- Add water to desired thickness of Bolognaise Sauce
- Toss in Mushrooms and Italian Herbs
- Cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Cook Spaghetti and serve
