Very easy recipe, feel free to change it up with whatever you have in the cupboard or fridge. I cooked mine a bit too long hence their dark colour I had a baby who wanted a feed right away, lol. I would usually serve this with plain rice or noodles and drizzle the juice from the bottom over the meal.


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 TBSP Plum or Cherry Jam
  • 1 TBSP Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 TBSP BBQ Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Sweet Soy
  • 1 TBSP HP Sauce
  • 8 Pork Spare Ribs, cut into pieces 3 cm wide

Method

  1. Marinate pork spare ribs with all sauce ingredients.
  2. Cook in basket in airfryer. 200 degree 12-15 mins. Turn/ shake twice.
  3. Serve!

  • Love this recipe, the sticky pork spare ribs look absolutely delicious. The sauce sounds amazing with the mix of ply, hoisin, BBQ and sweet soy giving that perfect sweet and savoury balance. Lucky I have an air fryer, as these cooked beautifully. I would definitely serve mine with fully rice to soak up all the sticky sauce.
