Very easy recipe, feel free to change it up with whatever you have in the cupboard or fridge. I cooked mine a bit too long hence their dark colour I had a baby who wanted a feed right away, lol. I would usually serve this with plain rice or noodles and drizzle the juice from the bottom over the meal.


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 TBSP Plum or Cherry Jam
  • 1 TBSP Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 TBSP BBQ Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Sweet Soy
  • 1 TBSP HP Sauce
  • 8 Pork Spare Ribs, cut into pieces 3 cm wide

Method

  1. Marinate pork spare ribs with all sauce ingredients.
  2. Cook in basket in airfryer. 200 degree 12-15 mins. Turn/ shake twice.
  3. Serve!
