Quick recipe for lunch. Can add prawn, fish ball and chili ( optional ).
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 1 bunch Spinach water
- 2 Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tbs Shrimp paste
- 1 tbs Vegetable oil
Method
- Heat vegetable oil in saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp paste, stir until fragrant.
- Add in spinach water, stir about 5 minutes or until withered. Garnish with fried shallot. Ready to serve.
