Quick recipe for lunch. Can add prawn, fish ball and chili ( optional ).


Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 1 bunch Spinach water
  • 2 Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tbs Shrimp paste
  • 1 tbs Vegetable oil

Method

  1. Heat vegetable oil in saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp paste, stir until fragrant.
  2. Add in spinach water, stir about 5 minutes or until withered. Garnish with fried shallot. Ready to serve.
