An easy and refreshing sorbet, perfect for the warm weather and full of flavour.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 Large mangoes
- 440g Tinned pineapple pieces
- 2 TBSP Pineapple juice
- 2 TBSP Lemon juice
- 2 TBSP Water
- Strawberries to serve
- Raspberries to serve
- Cut the mango and place in a blender with the tinned pineapple pieces, two tablespoons of the pineapple juice (from the tinned pineapple), lemon juice and water in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a container and place in the freezer for four hours, stirring every so often.
- Serve with some raspberries and chopped up strawberries, or a fruit of your choice to garnish. Enjoy.
