I always have some of this superfood trail mix on hand- I use it as a breakfast topper over porridge or muesli or as an anytime, nourishing snack.

It’s packed with essential nutrients for healthy Mum’s and bubs during pregnancy and breastfeeding as well as being great for helping to curb afternoon cravings and is a healthy chocolate fix too!  Brilliant!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup natural almonds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup natural sultanas
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • ¼ cup diced dried apricots
  • ¼ cup chopped 80% plus dark chocolate (if you’re feeling naughty!) 

Method

Combine all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.

  • How do you stop yourself from eating too much, I would be continually going back for just one more handful


    • That’s my problem too! I have to ration the little containers that I take out, because I always end up eating it all! Hope you enjoy it
