Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- pinch of salt
- pinch of ground black pepper
Method
- In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well blended. Serve with fish.
