Who needs take away when the meals at home are this good!? These Tasty Beef Burgers cram in a whole lot of flavour and tick off almost every food group.  Taste better than take out and are super easy to make!

Ingredients (makes 7 large patties)

  • 500g Beef mince
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Onion salt
  • Splash Worcestershire sauce
  • Burger buns
  • Other fillings - Examples- beetroot, egg, lettuce, rocket, cheese, onion, tomato, carrot, sauce etc

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together well (add extra breadcrumbs if mix is too wet)
  2. Shape into large patties, and leave in fridge for ½ hour before using
  3. Over a grill pan (or frying pan) add a little oil, and then cook the patties until golden brown, and cooked through to your liking
  4. Lightly toast the buns, and then assemble your burger with salads and sauces of your choice

Notes... This Tasty Beef Burgers mix makes approximately 6-7 large patties. If this is more than you need for a meal, place small pieces of baking paper (or plastic freezer sheets) between each patty then wrap securely and freeze.
