Simple soup and healthy . I did not use chicken stock, but it can be used instead of water.
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 2 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 Soft tofu
- 5 Fish balls
- 2 Garlic, chopped
- 1 tbs Vegetable oil
- 1 tbs Salt
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 600 ml Water (can subtitute with chicken stock)
- 1 stalk Shallot, chopped
- 2 stalk Coriander, chopped
Method
- Heat oil in the saucepan and add garlic, stir until fragrant. Add water and potatoes, boil until potatoes are tender.
- Add tomato, tofu and fish balls, continue to boil for about 5 minutes. Soup is ready to serve. Garnish with shallot and coriander on the top.
