Yummy tofu dessert for bub!
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 100gm silken tofu
- 1 small mango
- 1/4 medium avocado
Method
- Blend all ingredients with a hand blender.
- Serve with full fat yoghurt if your bub likes yoghurt :)
Notes
I used this recipe when I first introduced tofu in my bub's diet. She loves them! This recipe is a great protein, good fats and vitamins source! The Vitamin A in mango helps get absorbed with the fats in avocado :)
