This is a fast easy, little mess meal. It’s great in the warmer weather and suitable for any meal you’d like.

Ingredients (makes 4 )

  • 1 pack Ingham’s Turkey Rissoles
  • 1 - 2 Tomato sliced
  • 1 bag Leafy greens
  • 1 pack Helgas wraps
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Sliced cheese
  • Any sauce you desire

Method

  1. Grill your Ingham’s Extra Lean Turkey Rissoles until cooked
  2. While that’s cooking slice up your tomato, cucumber and cheese.
  3. Lay some leafy greens, tomato, cucumber and cheese on your helga wrap and add rissoles once cooked. Top with a sauce of your choice, my family favourites were garlic aoli or bbq sauce (or both)

  • Simple and easy – great BBQ luncheon with friends over.

  • Yuuuuuum, I think I’d do chicken though, just my preference.

  • I’m not really a turkey gal so would omit the turkey for chicken rissoles, cheers.

  • I agree this is so easy and looks yummy. A reason for me to use turkey rissoles that I had not considered before.

    • Also; I would love Swiss cheese and camembert with this turkey wrap. It would be absolutely perfect with this recipe.

  • I’ve just discovered chilli and garlic flatbread at our local Breadd shop, they are perfect for wraps, so much added flavour. Wraps are a great meal as you can dress them down for a light lunch or pack them with lots of salad veggies for a more substantial meal
