Ingredients (makes 1 )

  • 110g prepared pancake shaker mix
  • 80g apple pie fruit from a tin

Method

  1. Add the pancake mix and apple pie fruit into a ramekin.
  2. Bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes. Add ice-cream or cream and enjoy!

This sweet dessert contains 197 calories, 4g of protein, 1g if fat and 43g carbs.
