Ingredients (serves 8 | makes 8 Sausage Rolls)

  • 1 pack Vegie Delights Vegie Sausages
  • 2 sheets Frozen reduced fat puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 tbsp Relish of your choice
  • 1 cup Grated cheese of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsps Sesame Seeds

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Cut pastry into quarters. Place 1/2 tbsp of relish onto each quarter. Sprinkle small handful of cheese on top of relish. Then top-off with 1 Vegie Delights Vegie Sausage per quarter.
  3. Brush edge of pastry with water and roll-up to enclose. Press down edge to seal.
  4. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Place rolls seam side down on a lined baking tray. Score rolls with knife, brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 25 mins or until golden and crispy.

  • WEll thses sounds super easy to make and tasty at the same time.
    I am looking for something to make up to take to our annual neighbourhood street party this weekend and these sound perfect and would cover any veggies that might turn up. I will have a look for these sausages
