Ingredients (serves 6 | makes 6 Sausage Sandwiches)

  • 1 packet Vegie Delights Vegie Sausages
  • 1 tbs Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsps Seeded Mustard
  • 5 Wholemeal or Multigrain Bread Rolls, sliced down the middle
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Chutney
  • 1 cup Rocket Leaves

Method

  1. Heat a frypan or BBQ on high heat and cook Vegie Delights Vegie Sausages for 5 minutes, turning frequently for even cooking.
  2. Whilst sausages are cooking, whisk together mayonnaise and seeded mustard in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Once sausages are ready, open up the rolls, , spread with mustard mayo, fill with rocket leaves and Vegie Delights Vegie Sausages, top with tomato chutney and serve.

  • Yum now this sounds like a great treat weekend dinner. Perfect to have outside as a picnic dinner. I havent tried veggie sausages but would be willing to give them a try but failing that im sure the same thing made with meat sausages would be just as awesome…yummy
