    Love how very thin it is but does it job perfectly. Bonus point that it is longer most than other brands as it gives you more coverage and more confidence that no leakage throughout the day

  • Simply the best..

    I found ‘Always Discreet’ pads the most comfortable pads I have ever used, very thin, and a good length, very discreet, secure fit, not noticed under clothing at all, no moving or bunching, very effective moisture and odour control, super absorbent, always feel fresh and dry.. Nice packaging, easy to use, pads have a nice, soft, subtle fragrance.. I will continue using, with confidence I am discreet and secure..

  • Pads with more than you would expect

    Always Discreet pads are just what their name says, discreet. You won’t even know you’re wearing one.
    They are comfortable to wear. No need for the extra ‘wings’, as the pads stay safely in place attached to your underwear. Now you can do those activities such as running, exercising etc. without the worry of the pad getting out of place.
    The liquid is locked inside and absorbed by its super absorbent core. The pad comes with a Leak Guard to help the wetness go away from the edges.
    The pads come in small, small plus and normal sizes. They are slim, yet very absorbent, and come with a lovely floral scent for odor control.
    Always Discreet even went one step further to design attractive individual packaging easy to carry in your handbag.
    Based on my own experience, Always Discreet pads exceeded my expectations.
    They did what they said they would. I felt confident wearing them. Even after running and other type of exercises, they stayed in place. I felt comfortable and protected from any leaks with their top layer quickly absorbing any fluid away from my body.

  • A comfortable surprise

    I have now used all the Always Discreet pads and have had nothing but a positive experience with them. That are dependable, comfortable and definitely discreet. They are all they promised to be, I was a little concerned that they didn’t have wings to hold them in place but this was never a problem. I will be recommending to family and friends

  • Daily woodworking chores wearing Always discreet pads

    In this review I was testing Always discreet pads while performing my daily chores. Whether I was loading the wood, pushing a heavy wheelbarrow, or carrying the wood which normally is an issue due to my weakened bladder, Always Discreet Pads did what they said they would. They protected me from any accidental leakages and I was able to continue working without a worry, discomfort or embarrassment. I even took my dog for a jog which we both enjoyed. I can confidentially recommend these pads.

  • Such a relief!

    Having had four kids, my pelvic floor isn’t as strong as it used to be and I get the occasional small leak.. I hadn’t really bothered with using a product to protect me, I would just change my underwear and move on. But Always Discreet has changed that! They are super thin and discreet and give me just the right level of protection.
    They were comfortable, stayed in place and left me feeling fresh and confident.

  • So Discreet and comfortable

    Always Discreet fit perfectly and is so comfortable that I hardly knew I was wearing it. I was confident to go out for the day without worrying about having an occasional leak. I also didn’t have to visit the bathroom every 5 minutes to check if I had a leak. With the odour control technology I was less conscious about bad odour and I was able to carry a spare discreetly in my bag. I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to buy Always Discreet keeping me Always confident.

    Always Discreet Liners fit perfectly inside your underwear. They are so comfortable to wear, you don’t even notice you are wearing them. Each liner is very thin so you can’t see it through tighter pants, there are no wings like some other brand panty liners have either which I think makes them more comfortable. Being thin I was worried about them not being absorbent enough but I needn’t have been as they were perfect! Overall they have been amazing and I feel comfortable enough to wear them daily, I am definitely converted to these.

    I found these under garments light and comfortable and gave surprisingly great protection against leakage. Would recommend and use again.

  • Met my needs

    I was very happy with this product. I liked how thin it was. I wasn’t able to test it to it’s full capacity as I didn’t have a lot of leakage as it mainly occurs with a sneeze. I could definitely see myself buying this product again depending on price.

  • Discreet Pads

    After trialing this for a couple of weeks I found that it made me feel more confident To go out in the case I had a little accident. The feeling of this pad was quite comfortable although and couldn’t even notice I was wearing it. The absorption was ok for light leakage.

  • Great Alternative

    So since having children my pelvic floor just aint what it used to be. The always discreet liners are great – I did find the smell a little strong though and could smell it through the box before opening it. It drew moisture away and kept me feeling fresh. I wouldn’t switch to this product soley as I also use underwear that does the same thing and prefer them over a throw away product. I would potentially put it in the car or travel bag for those just in case times.

  • So Discreet, you'll forget you're wearing it.

    I tested the Always Discreet Normal Liners and found they are wide enough to fully cover the gusset and are a good length to suit classic style underpants. The odour control works well & their light scent isn’t overpowering, as some other brand liners can tend to be. I didn’t really test the absorbency level, maybe I should have found a trampoline & had a jump, but I’m confident that these liners would suit the majority of women who want to feel comfortable and confident in case of accidents. I would forget that I was wearing one & I can’t remember that happening with other liners I’ve tried in the past, so the name is fitting, they really are discreet.

    this is a fabulous product I feel safe and confident to able to go out in public and have the confidence that there won’t be anymore embarrassing leakages this is a gift to all women that suffer from poor bladder control.   • So fresh and so dry

    I have many allergies which means lots of sneezing and lots of sneezing means lots of little leaks which together add up to more than just a little wetness – wah. I found this product kept me dry and I actually quite liked the scent which added a little bit more freshness to the whole experience. The size and shape was always really good making the fit and feel comfortable and, importantly, discreet. An effective product that I will use again.

  • Damp Undies No More

    Often considered a TMI issue and honestly thought I would never need these products but after two bubbas I can never be guaranteed a sneeze is just a sneeze. While I don’t have trouble with excesses leakage I am still concerned about what might happen if I had to sneeze in public. I found these liners gave me the confidence I needed and although super thin they were also super absorbent. Comfy to wear and Barely noticeable I wasn’t a fan of the box they are packaged in however more environmentally friendly than plastic but that’s my only negative..

  • Always discreet Product Review

    Hey guys, really found this product impressive its sleek flexible size made it easy to use with just normal underwear and also a gstring. The slight scent was lovely not so old womanly in smell but slight enough to work well with odours control. Only thing I disliked was the lack of tab to peel.back the plastic and the box design a bit old fashioned in colours and appearance, and if I never tried it would never have chosen it. I think we need to jazzy it up as most woman that are using these are in the age range of mid 30s plus and not 80 like it seems!

  • Peace of mind

    The first thing I noticed was a lovely, pleasant smell as soon as I opened the packaging!
    I loved that the packaging was pretty and could easily be mistaken for a normal sanitary pad, I thought this was a nice discreet touch.
    The little tab that holds the liner packaging sealed was more like pretty sticky tape instead of the usual plastic/paper tabs which are notorious for coming loose, something that I find frustrating. The tab had plenty of adhesive on it keeping the liner securely sealed and hygenic.
    At first I was disappointed the liner didn’t have wings to help keep it in place however because of the quality of the adhesive backing it stayed firmly in place and didn’t bunch up or loose it’s stickyness! The pretty design on the liner while not impacting it’s performance was a nice feminine touch ????
    The gusseted protective leak guards are a great idea and definitely give you a sense of security knowing you won’t have any leaks.
    I have no idea how it changes liquid to gel but this is a amazing idea that really works! I did lots of varied activities while using the Always Discreet liners and not once did they leak or give me that horrible ‘wet underwear ‘ feeling and best of all no odour!???? instead of being anxious about leakage or odours I could be totally present in enjoying the moment and no more carrying spare underwear in case of a mishap. Finally a good quality product that delivers on it’s claims ????????

    Hardly feel it, works so well. My only issue would be that they are scented. It does irritate at times. although being urine, i guess it would want too. I love that its light and slim lined and i would definately purchase in the future. Perfect for peri menopause issues

  • It's not to shabby but I've had better

    Look let’s be honest bladder leakage is a taboo subject because it’s still an embarrassing thing to talk about. Having the confidence to come forward and chat with any one in general can be an issue but I just jad to have an extra opinion or 2 . So here goes 3 adult women who have all had children in different deliveryamd recovery ways. We all shared the same view these areokay but we’ve definitely had better. Catching a small leak loke when you’ve sneezed or laugh these were good but the kore it happened the less confident we felt it would sustain a few sneeze leaks. They did feel a bit odd if you had a lbl and couldn’t change within the hour. They did feel just like any other lbl pad but it did help with confidences while being active. So from 3 trials we’ve had better but these would certainly do.

  • Free to sneeze any ol' time

    So easy to use and very comfy to wear, no worries about any leakage, and very handy if our monthly friend decides to visit early, No bad smells at the end of a hard days work, and feel safe to go jogging or at yoga.

    I found these where great for full coverage leaks, however they did not feel overall comfortable and did not stick and stay in place well, I felt they could use some kind of wing type pad to help this stay in place better

    These are fabulous. They have helped me enormously during the extra discharge of late pregnancy. Keeps you very fresh for hours. Definitely can sneeze with ease without bracing bump now!

  • Strong smell

    These were good but I found they scrunched up a little when I wore them. I also found the smell TOO overpowering. Like I’d sprayed perfume in my pants. They worked well and did their job but just not for me.

  • Peace Of Mind!

    Well, what a confidence booster! After 3 kids, my bladder got weaker after each birth. Even with doing the kegal exercises whenever I could remember to. But as us mums know, we rarely get a chance in a day to think about doing anything for ourselves and when we do it’s probably to sleep or realising you’re starving and grabbing the closest thing to eat! >_<

    Luckily, my leakage is only minimal, however ask me again in another ten years….. I haven't used a lot of bladder control products before. I usually just pop on a panty liner and hope for the best!

    I was really surprised at how well these worked and absorbed fluid. Even though they are almost paper thin, they soaked up so much liquid leaving the liner feeling dry. These liners fit perfectly into my underwear and stayed right where I put them without moving around throughout the day.

    Upon opening the re-sealable box which is handy to keep the liners stored in I could smell a lovely floral scent and appreciated that more so when I knew a little was leaking out throughout the day!

    These made me feel a lot more confident, secure, dry and at ease. I couldn't even feel that they were there. Even with no wings or thick padding, I didn't experience any wet feeling or leaks what-so-ever and just one liner lasted me with my light leakage the whole working day!

    Totally going to buy there and highly recommend!
