over the past 30 days i have done 2,000 squats and 2,000 push ups. it was a challenge at times and it made me feel great to complete it and i am adding in crunches for January when i repeat it all over again.
I feel like my bum must look amazing by now and i know my upper body strength is coming along great as well.

  • That’s awesome – were you following a particular thing? Eg how many did you do each day? I would love to give this a go!

  • Forgot to ask; how are you feeling after the squats and push ups?


    • Right after 50 reps (at the end of the month) i usually just roll over and lay on the floor for 5 or 10 minutes. Lol.
      But overall i am feeling amazing and fit knowing i can do 50 squats in 1 go and if i really push myself 40 to 50 girly push ups in 1 go as well.
      And the biggest thing for me is i dont fall over doing squats anymore
