Hello!

So my beautiful, gorgeous girl turned 2 a week ago. She is amazing with her talking, but shes alsoastered the temper tantrum. As soon as she hears the letter ‘n’ for no, shes on the floor, rolling around, crying, screaming and saying ‘naughty mummy’.

It frustrates me so much that when you talk to mums about the 2yr tantrums, the response is often, ohh it doesnt get bettet, especially with girls.

Why cant we mums support and encourage each other? It feels so competitive and judgemental. I often wish i lived in a village, where the whole village helped raise a child. Maybe its just me?

  • The so called terrible twos! It’s true, girls are harder then boys :/ I never experienced the terrible twos with my son, with him they hit when he was about 6. My daughter however more then made up for it!

  • It was only when my girls started school that I noticed competitiveness between parents.

  • Yes she will grow out of it. If by the time she turns 3 she is still like this I would be taking her to doctor to see specialist. But you must stand by your decisions and don’t let her get her way. Girls are more difficult than boys
