  • I had it to while pregnant and didn’t go away after birth until I went on medication but for the mean time its only pressure stocking that helped me.

  • My friend had this and her doctor told her to change a few lifestyles like avoid drinking coffee, soda, and other caffeinated beverages.
Exercise every day, but stop within a couple of hours of bedtime so you don’t get too wound up to sleep.
Get into a regular sleep routine. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, if you can. Before bed, relax with a warm bath or by snuggling up in bed with a good book.
She found that doing these really helped and also when she did get woken by it the doctor told her to,
    Massage the legs.
Apply a warm or cold compress to the leg muscles.
Get up and walk or stretch her legs.
Good luck hope these help you for the last few weeks of your pregnancy.
