6 months old and solid food

Hi Mums… my baby is now 6 months old. I’m already giving him rice cereal and mixing apple puree now. He makes such a weird face when he tastes apple though ..lol…. i’ve made him taste sweet potato…he didnt like banana at all….. i think he’ll love pear ..i have yet to try that. Will check with my GP first….. how are mums of 6 month olds dealing with introducing solids ?

lol yes this is typical but they will quickly get used to it! these flavours are all brand new and bub has to figure it all out!

When my daughter was introduced to solids she screwed her face up to a lot of it especially the sweet stuff like pear and apple they will get used it though!

Apple is often a bit tarty unless you get a sweet Apple.like red delicious
