A mother..A wife... A daughter in law... where's the real me ?

Its been long that I’ve thought something for myself… all thoughts…all decisions…all favourites….just to please everyone else around…. where am I ? and long forgotten..where is the daughter in me ? Now that I have my baby, I suddenly feel that its high time, I think about myself…. my baby gives me that strength not to care about whether my MIL will be pleased or not…strangely but true !!

I too feel like this sometimes. Trying to fit all “titles” and “roles” it is hard to find the “you” but this is the new you with bubs find happiness in baby and the rest can take a back seat.

We take on many roles as time passes by. Yes babies do change our lives and priorities!
