Hardest. Job. In. The. World. Really struggling at the moment with being a step mum. Love these boys to absolute bits, love having them here, love being their step mum. But sheesh it’s hard. The difference in rules between the two houses, means for the first day or so they’re back here it’s just constant boundary pushing, which is wearing very thin when it’s happening twice a week!
And that’s not to mention the fact that they’re teenagers, so already filled with the teenage angst and attitude that makes life lovely and peaceful…
Chin up, battle on & prepare to start over again tomorrow…
