We had a big tidy up and rather than throw out art works we have decided to use them to cover books. It is a fun project going through all of the beautiful works of art and talking about them and then choosing ones to go on books. It is a cheap and effective way to cover books and the works of art can be protected with good quality contact.

  • Just wondering if you put the contact into the paper before covering the book or after? Which works best?

  • What a beautiful idea, it also gives some quality conversation and reminiscing time over the art work. Love this.

  • A great idea for tiny ones – as they get older this crafty idea might not be appreciated quite to much! Enjoy it while it lasts.

  • Sounds awesome….
I like being crafty, so this is right up my alley. My boys are getting to an age now where covering books isn’t as important to them as it used to be… my nine year old still likes having stuff on his books…

    • Enjoy and have fun with this project. It is perfect for anyone that likes arts and crafts and enjoys being creative.
