My husband is Coeliac (Gluten Intolerant) and the biggest challenge I found when introducing foods to my children is to ensure they were all gluten free. Not because my children are Coeliac, but due to the fact they always want to share their food with Daddy. We know how quick kids can be…food can be shoved into your mouth with NO warning. I am always excited to see Gluten Free children foods (other than what I make) that allow my husband to feel relaxed he’s not going to be sick from something the kids have given him.

  • I understand you need to test them… but I see alot of ppl going gluten free that don’t have any issues as it is just overall healthier. I know someone personally that did go gluten free he had no sense of smell before and since change of diet he can smell everything whether he likes it or not. LOL

  • One of my kids has a digestive problem and can’t digest dairy or sugar, it’s hard working around it with the other 2 because they are dairy lovers. It means alot of juggling foods around and sometimes making separate meals.
