My little miss 4 won an award yesterday for “most improved” at ballet!! She was so excited and I was so proud of her!! She has been practicing so hard for the last few months to be allowed to join the “big girls” group. I am so happy all of her hard work has paid off, it is definitely a great life lesson moment!! Does anyone else have kids in dance class? I would really love to hear how other mums have handled the dreaded Dance Mums syndrome, I really never want to push her and become so obsessed with it that it sucks all the fun out for her. Especially since this week she has obviously gotten so much enjoyment out of succeeding on her own.
