I’m 29 years old this year married and have a soon 5 month little girl. I’m living the life I wished I had when I was 14 years old and its awesome. My husband is a very sweet man and hard working man which has given me the opportunity to be home with our girl and think about myself. I’m on a journey to become a healthy mom and not be overweight any more. I exercise every 2nd day and I have given up all sugar with except some fruit and low GI yogurt. I have been doing this for soon a month, I have only lost 2 kilos but I can small small changes in my body. I’m a bit frustrated that its not going faster, so just have too stay strong.
