I hope everyone had a great Easter. I am sad as today is the last day of the official Easter break and it all went by too quickly! We had the usual Easter Egg hunt and weekend packed with friends and family and now its all over. Luckily we have not eaten all our eggs and I have just found a bag of Easter Eggs in my cupboard I brought a month ago to get organised before Easter and forgot so got some more! So I can carry on eating eggs for ages! Yippee

Too much chocolate for me at Easter time. It’s better not to go to the supermarkets now because, with the discounts on all the Easter products, it’s easy to overeat again!!

The first easter that wasnt a big fuss and it was so much better!
the kids had a small hunt, it was hubbys bday too so it was just us
went to my mums and then home for an easter/bday dinner

I see recipes to use left over eggs, and wonder why they just don’t eat the eggs over a decent length of time…
