Why am I getting fat .. Well I shop on line so I,m not walking around the shop .. Why you might ask I,m sick of listening to other people’s children screaming or running a muck or older children just being rude .. Yes rude .. My children did not carry on like that…
I see children that should be at school not.. I,m sorry but if well enough to go shopping eat maccers then bloody hell go to school . Second of ,my children have left home .so I,Minot doing as much house work washing hanging out the cloths and the list goes on and on…
I,m not running around taking them to sport or off down to the local school .
So I,m getting fat ,, bugger me I,m going gone been there done that the change of life … Bugger I,m getting fat .. Oh and do not talk about sex it’s not happening l. Okay I gave cob webs and a door mouse it’s been that long .. So yes I,n getting fat.. Lack of that also… Mmmmmmm what to do .. I have taken up eating when I,m bored .. Well it’s all needs to change so I,m now 107 kg.
tomorrow is a new day no mistakes here comes a diet with excise
I,m not staying fat ….

Well done……you have to make a stand sooner or later so no better time like the present. Keep focused and determined and you can do whatever you put your mind to. I wish you luck because it is the right thing to do an you will definitely be better for it. Time to spring clean and get rid of the co webs too!

Good luck, I have been losing weight too. I find it really hard to stay motivated, but a good friend to work out with helps (and when your angry boxing is the BEST workout!!)
