I kept my baby things for years, the big stuff anyway, the little stuff I mostly gave away….regretfully. Hubby thought it would be good to keep pram, car seat, cot etc to pass onto the grandkids. He forgets what years of storage can do, how out of date these things will be etc I have been slowly (OH so slowly) getting rid of the stuff. I’ve kept clothes, bedding, toys and the bassinet. Can’t bring myself to ditch it all just yet

I am finding it hard to pack away the baby clothes as bub grows, 0000…000…00…He is a miracle baby so there is not likely going to be another to pass them on to

You will know within yourself when you are done, that is when you get ride of all the baby stuff in till then keep it

Recently did the same i gave me old stuff to a couple in need made it so much easier for me

If you’re not sure if you’re going to try again, I’d hang on to all the gear. But I’m having trouble letting go of mine, and I know I won’t be having another. I’ve found a friend who’s having a baby at the end of the year, and focusing on passing stuff on to them is making it easier to let go of it.

I don’t think you sound complete. Wait a bit. I was just about to throw out all my baby stuff as it was 6.5yrs & no baby, when I found out I was 14 wks pregnant-PCOS, therefore no normal cycle. We had to drag it all back in!

I would suggest that you don’t get rid of the baby things until you’re 100% sure.
