I was in the red section but haven’t received an email to say I actually won anything. Also I’ve noticed the bonus first if the month points haven’t been issued yet. January must have been a busy busy month

Was not in the read but in the past when i was it has taken up to a week to get a email.. and then a week or so later another email to inform me of the prize i won.. If you were in the red i thought there was only one prize.. or was there two.. so maybe it will be just sent out to you…

Same here. No emails about prizes or bonus points. Quite a few about people commenting on my posts but that’s it
