Well today was the last day for Edwina Bartholomew as CHANNEL 7’s Sunrise weather presenter. I woke to Eddy every morning, her delightful and sunny personality set me up for a bright day. I enjoyed viewing her travels from Adelaide to Zeehan and everywhere in-between and her visits to overseas destinations were simply spectacular. Eddy has been an A1 weather presenter and journalist with her on-the-road role and I for one will miss her fun loving antics . Edwina is not leaving Sunrise,she is just doing a different job, so all I can say is THANKS for the fun times Eddy and all the very best in your new position.

Eddy l watch Sunrise every day and you l’m sure many viewer’s will miss you and you will be hard to replace! Best of luck!

What is her new job? Will she be presenting?

  She is still going to be with Sunrise but her new role has not been announced yet. I am thinking Monday will reveal all.
  On Friday they revealed and introduced the new upcoming weather person ..a male : Sam Mac.

    Thanks Cherz for all of the information on Eddy and the change. I have enjoyed watching her on Sunrise. Her weather segments have always been entertaining and she has been a good fill-in host when people have been on leave. Will be watching Sunrise with much interest.
