Improving MoMs - Real Mum story on MoM

I love the MoMs website. It’s so full of great advice. There’s brilliant articles. Lots of yummy recipes. Awesome arts and crafts. Lots of questions to help other mums by answering. So much information on so many topics. So I’ve asked myself is it possible to improve it? Improving perfection is a big ask, I know. But I think they should add a ‘like’ button. I see lots of comments I like, but can’t let the commenter know I like it. In also think some kind of notification for everyone who’s commented, letting them know what others are saying on the topic. Just a couple of small minor improvements.

It would also be great if we could communicate to other mums. I guess the notifications would help here. Eg if I get a notification of a comment, I can go and have a look at it and respond if necessary

  I haven’t heard of this one! I’ve read about the zero tolerance on points racking here, but haven’t seen it in action. What have you seen or heard about it?

Maybe there could be a way to “follow” a particular discussion you are interested in, so you can always go back and check if someone answered after you.

I’d like a notification if someone responds directly to my comment, but I don’t really need or want one for every comment on a topic.

The “like” button is a great idea! I would also love to have a better access to my history, to see where I commented and check if people commented after me.

I think a way of seeing new recipes, stories etc are added would be great too.

Mouth of Mums is pretty awesome. Like your suggestion – good idea – maybe a love button, similar to the recipes section?
