KATITH21 People can be so rude and offensive and you give a bit of lea way with kids as they don’t understand manners always (when young), but from adults there is no excuse to be so rude. I am sorry you have to encounter this. I feel for you as you probably just want to go about your day minding your own business and then get reminded and probably feel you have to justify yourself. I did like NADIA’s suggestion of asking the lady what is wrong with manners, it reminds me of the interview when Tom Cruise said to Peter Overton the interviewer “put your manners back in”
I thought it was a very good reminder that interviewers and adults do often step over the line and are rude with out any feeling of guilt or remorse.
