I am a little confused by this part of your insurance company posts. Are you saying you have 14 days to cool off and after that is it $30 a month but they won’t refund the $30? If you are in your cooling off period, exercise that right and cancel the direct debit and ask for a refund of any amounts paid

  real Insurance cont: they give a cooling of period then after that it’s $30.00 to cancel but give no refund at all have spoken for the third time to seven ppl so far I think I’m lucky there but now I’m in the fax department so we cancelled the direct debit which was due in the 4th so now waiting for letter to ask why direct debit was cancelled but they still can not find policy so this week we get an answer or I will now take it further I ring each Friday but alas they say they didn’t get fax but agree we sent it to right fax number

Cancel the direct debit, if you haven’t already.

it makes no sense that they will give you $30…a cooling off period is one thing but when there has been an error that does not apply (not as far as I can see anyway).
