I am one of those cynics that if some pill claims it will do this that or the other I automatically doubt it – remembering the shark cartilage cures cancer scam – BUT I have nails that rip off left right and center – you can bend them in half they are so soft – I tried a nail hair and skin supplement and not only are my nails hardened but the dry, cracked and raw spots on either side of my nose are gone too!!! Weeeeeeeeeeeee So if you need nail or skin help try one of the silica based supplements cause honey it really works!!

My nails are like paper, and nothing seems to work for them. I guess I’ve got nothing to lose by trying silica. My nails sure can’t be any worse than they already are.
