  • I just lost 4 cm of my thighs in the last 2 months but i honestly felt like they were bigger until i measured.

  • Stop thinking about kg and start thinking about cm.
Measure hips, waist, chest, thighs, biceps.
Then after a month of exercising and eating as healthy as possible measure again.
remember muscle is more than 4× heavier than fat so you could be smaller and thinner but weigh the same or even more.

  • Can I please suggest that if you keep going on ‘diets’ to shed weight, then don’t. I know this sounds simple but it does work – just eat healthy, cut out the food you know isn’t good for you, don’t count calories or go on any fad food diets because you can’t maintain that type of eating over a long period of time. Just eating healthy with some gentle exercise will get the weight off and keep it off, also don’t be in a hurry to shed the weight by eating too little, you didn’t put the weight on over night and it won’t disappear over night. Be kind to yourself, if you have a wobble and eat some bad food, don’t chuck it all it, tomorrow is another day, just get back on the wagon again and all the best.

  • Its all about lifestyle not just the food you eat or how much exercise you do.
You need to be positive, clear minded, open minded and happy
look at things glass half full
water is very important with weight loss
    try a new activity.
I just started adult dance class, which i thought was going to be terrible and embarrassing but its fun and very casual and for beginners with no experience which is great for me with my two left feet lol

  • you really have to change your mind set and eat healthy meals and healthy snacks as well as drink lots of water. You will continue to yo yo if you keep getting slack and also when you do your house work turn up the music and dance around the house while cleaning

  • The yo yo effect is not good when it comes to your weight. Has anything really worked for you?
