Lost Hydra Oil Pack - Real Mum story on MoM

Well hi there I haven’t been on here for quiet a while as getting the internet is quiet difficult. Anyway im just having a whinge because in October last year I was told I won the hydra oil pack for my rewards, as you could imagine I was pretty excited. Well that excitement has pretty much turned to mush, as I didn’t receive my prize. I have emailed countlessly to no outcome. so I hope to rekindle some kind of hope back and have again started entering the comps and I hope that I can put some faith back into my life.

I have experienced similar things. Quite often, it’s Australia Post that’s been at fault. The comp holders are usually pretty good, but things seem to get lost in the mail :,(

I was lucky enough to be awarded a book for a reward on this website. When the parcel arrived, and it was empty! I emailed MoMs and the book was sent by express post. Happy member.

That’s odd. MOMS team are pretty efficient and always reply emails with me. did you email MOMs team or the hydra oil company?
