So true, love hurts! This especially hits home when you have kids. Oh boy, do they know how to hurt, and often they don’t even realise they’re hurting you :,(

Absolutely true. I think that someone who loves you does not deliberately hurt you; but true and genuine and reciprocated love can still result in hurt.
